How to order
You can place an order directly on our website by using the shopping cart facility, and pay with your VISA or MASTERCARD card. Simply use the navigation bars to browse through our products, select the product you want and click the “add to cart” button. You will be given options to continue browsing through other products, and you may add as many products as you wish. When done, click the “checkout” button. You will be prompted for delivery and payment details.
You also have the option to place an order by:
- Contacting us at 021 979 4469 between 9h00 and 12h00 on weekdays, excluding public holidays
- Emailing us at email@example.com
Your order will be shipped after confirmation of payment, either by an electronic funds transfer, or by direct deposit at any branch of Absa Bank in South Africa.
Delivery & Dispatch
We do everything we can to make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible, normally within 2 or 3 working days. We will send you a tracking number by email.
The Courier Guy is a door to door service to most areas in South Africa. Someone should be at the delivery address during business hours to receive the parcel.
In the event that we for whatever reason cannot complete your order in one shipment, we will contact you before any products are dispatched. You may wish to have your requested items back-ordered at that point, take part delivery or cancel the order.
We deliver only within the Replublic of South Africa.

Skapie offers Free Delivery on all orders greater than R750, for delivery in South Africa.
In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. Examples of special delivery areas include: Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Remote or Outlying Areas, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery.
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them unopened and in a salable condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for the original shipping costs and the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by registered mail as we cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.
Privacy & Security
All your personal details are transferred to us using 128-bit SSL encryption and can only be accessed by us so that we can process your orders. Your credit or debit card details are not stored at all.
We promise to protect your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect to process your order and provide you with the best possible service. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties.
